Horsham Muay Thai. Unit 03.

Horsham Muay Thai is the Thai boxing unit at The Farm.

Classes are coached by George Jarvis, a ONE Championship fighter and former WBC Muaythai world champion, and his head coach Paulo Da Silva, both from Lumpini Crawley. Beginners start with the basics: stance, footwork, kicks and pads.

    George Jarvis

    ONE Championship world title challenger · former WBC Muaythai and ISKA world champion

    George “G-Unit” Jarvis is a Crawley-born professional Muay Thai fighter who competes in ONE Championship. He started at four in his father John Jarvis’s Lumpini gym and has won WBC Muaythai English, European, International and World titles and the ISKA world title at super middleweight.

    In ONE he has beaten Rungrawee Sitsongpeenong (twice, both by knockout), Sinsamut Klinmee and Mouhcine Chafi in main events at Bangkok’s Lumpinee Stadium, and has twice challenged Regian Eersel for the ONE lightweight Muay Thai world title. He brings the Lumpini system that produced him to Thai boxing at SWBJJ.

    Paulo Da Silva

    Head coach to George Jarvis · fighting career 1999 to 2025

    Paulo Da Silva is a Lumpini Crawley coach and co-owner, the head coach and cornerman behind George Jarvis’s world title runs, and co-promoter of the Muay Thai Mayhem shows at Crawley’s K2.

    Portuguese-born and raised in the UK, he fought at bantamweight across the USA, China, Japan and Europe from 1999 to 2025, winning his final bout by first-round knockout at 44. He leads Thai boxing at SWBJJ.

Questions

First class nerves?

Do I need any experience?

No. Beginners start with the basics: stance, footwork, kicks and pads. Tell the coach it is your first session and they will look after you.

What should I bring to my first class?

Comfortable training clothes (shorts or leggings and a t-shirt), water and a towel. When you want your own kit, thai boxing gloves 14 oz, hand wraps and shin guards are in the shop at the counter.

How much does it cost?

Your first month of Thai boxing is free, starting from your first class. After that, Thai boxing is included in the Adults membership at £98 / month.

How do I book a class?

Start with “Get started” on this page. Once you are signed up, you book every class in the The Farm app. The first classes are on Monday, 2 November 2026.

Where do you train?

Horsham Muay Thai trains at The Farm, Unit T, Blatchford Road, Horsham RH13 5QR. The coaches, George Jarvis and Paulo Da Silva, are from Lumpini Crawley.
